1. Ground the kaju to make powder
Add Water with sugar and make one string sugar syrup.
Add kaju powder into sugar syrup and cook continuously stirring on low flame.
Keep stirring till it forms a dough, add the milk if the dough.gets little dry.
Now knead the dough.while it is warm to smooth it.
Roll it using a rolling pin on the butter paper
To make the stuffing, soak the gig and date . Squeeze them out and make them paste
Cook the paste with 1tdsp sugar and cook for 5 minutes, it becomes thick.
Spread this stuffing on the rolled kaju sheet.
Now using with the butter paper , roll it to form a shape of cylinder.
Cool for sometime and cut it into pieces and roll on the silver varak.
Ready for serve.
